peluang untuk memilki hartanah, hanya dibenarkan sewa sahaja.

tergerak untuk membuat semakan semula terhadap pemilikan hartanah oleh

JOHOR BAHARU: Johor will review procedures and conditions for foreigners to own houses due to spiraling house prices in the state, especially in Iskandar Malaysia. Local Government, Housing, Arts, Culture and Heritage Committee chairman Datuk Ahmad Zahri Jamil said the state Economic Planning Unit (UPEN) was studying ways to tighten the rules on foreign ownership.This is to control spiraling house prices since locals are finding it difficult to buy houses.
